From scheduling to actual work, these people are great! Our technician even covered his shoes with booties to keep our floor clean! Christian was very knowledgable and fixed our gas fireplace in no time. They keep you up to date on their arrival, even texting that our technician was at our home. The bill was reasonable.

Furnace & Air Conditioner Installation
Jacobs installed my new air conditioner and furnace system in my house that I bought. I couldn’t be happier with the new system and the job they did. My Real Estate agent, as well as many others recommended Jacob’s. They were able to do the install even when they were booked solid. They even installed a new water heater. Their technicians were very professional.
Heat Pump Maintenance

When we had a crisis with our cooling system, they were the only place that would come out right away. They looked at the system, accurately diagnosed it, and scheduled the soonest time that they could do the work when they had the right parts. There was a collection of problems in the way our system was set up. They refused all of these problems and were able to propose a remedy for each one of them. They were resolved the same day.
