First of all, I just want to say thank you so very much for your help! We just moved to the area, and when we turned our heat on this winter, we noticed a malfunction in the zones. The upstairs was blowing non stop and would get really hot to the point of everyone super uncomfortable. Jacobs crew found a vent that was not connected and was actually sucking in insulation to our system, they fixed that the next day, and then the next night after a decent amount of troubleshooting; found out some wiring had been done incorrectly. Things are working great now! The staff was polite, professional, responsive, and I am truly grateful with their service! Very hard to find dependable people nowadays, but I would definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future for all my HVAC needs! Thank you!

We had Jacob's Heating replace our AC and Furnace in the summer of 2021. They were quick, clean, and very helpful. Highly recommended. Then last week our thermostat died, and within a few hours Jacob was over testing it out. Turns out it had a production defect and was toast, but he had a replacement installed and it was under warranty. Great family-centered company to deal with, give them a call!

I have lived in the valley for 29 years and over that time I have had most of the heating and air conditioning companies come out for a service call. Jacob's stands out above all others. From scheduling, pre-service communication, day of service communication as well as after service communication which includes an invoice and diagnostic report - complete with pictures, Jacob's stands distinctly above all other companies in the valley. Our technician's name was Christian. His great depth of knowledge and extensive resume instilled confidence and he displayed a calm and patient manner expertly explaining the problem with our heat pump. The issue was quickly and efficiently resolved. Afterward, he completed a very thorough review of my whole system, documenting with written narrative as well as pictures. All included in a flat service rate! I will most definitely be calling Jacob's for any subsequent service calls.

Jake quickly responded after I called and left a message that our AC was not working. It was a Saturday yet he came to our home in Cashmere, fixed the problem and was on his way.
